POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer’s body. The intense, mat-based workout is for people of all ages and fitness levels—challenging students to flow from one exercise to the next while developing a solid core and lean, strong muscles in the process… It’s like a dance on the mat! Room will be moderately heated, aiding in elevating heart-rate and circulation. Be prepared to sweat!
